Yesterdays experience left me with a bitter taste and I will never go back into this store until they change their attitude.

A girlfriend had actually asked me to go with her so she could get a bra fitting. We walked into the store they were three ladies at the counter and not a single one of them even acknowledged our presence to say hello.

The other two remained stony faced. I typically don’t accuse businesses of profiling but I really felt profiled because they were several other people who walked into the store afterwards who were not treated in that manner.

All I can say is that my current feeling is that if your brown, and with the current staffing, don’t walk in there.

Soma needs to address this. I love shopping here for those things you have to buy but don’t always want to. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

The staff was friendly and super knowledgable.

I got my measurements done it had been a while and the girl who helped, Mahogany, was super nice and knowledgeable. She assisted me the whole time until we found a few good options that fit and that were comfortable for me.

Some fabulous sales for quality merchandise. Customer service was incredible. Love this brand, and love this location!
