Write a Review. My brother loves going to Fashion Valley Mall. So everytime we go here, we tend to spend a lot of time.
It is quite big and I think it is because it is in a nice mall, so they need to have a big one. Also, we like going to this branch because they have quite a few Sales and Clearance Area.
I don’t like buying some high end and expensive clothings and even underwear. Also, they have a huge fitting room that if it not wrong, have stalls.
Associates here are very helpful too if you need a different size or color for your clothes and pants. So I came to fashion valley to return a bunch of stuff that I had purchased but they didn’t fit or look nice or whatever.
I’ve never had a problem returning anything at any store in my life. They make decent quality clothes at great prices, so my experience at this store was surprisingly annoying and upsetting when I was returning a pair of swim trunks that were too loose and the cashier said “I’m sorry I’m afraid I can’t return these because I believe they’ve been worn” I was confused because I literally bought them, tried them at home, and went to return them because I did not like them, unaltered, unworn, and with tags attached!!
He said he couldn’t return them because there was something in the pocket and I explained that I just put it in the pocket so it wouldn’t break in the bag amongst the other things in my shopping bag.
Like why would I wear swim trunks with a makeup palette in the pocket?

Why would you assume and not ask if had worn them? And if I wore the swim trunks for their intended use, the tag probably would’ve been ruined??

Additionally, the other cashier had to chime in and defend him and she said something like “oh we can’t return men’s swimwear –only women’s I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such poor customer service so the trip to this store has left a sour taste in my mouth for the brand and I probably won’t be coming back any time soon.
Horrible experience thanks to Crystal. While I was outside complaining to corporate, my friend was inside having an even more horrendous experience.

Amazon here we come!!! Love the clothes, some employees are very helpful, while others are not at all. I’ll explain both: The great employee: I found a pair of shorts, this store didn’t have my size, the girl in the fitting room was so nice, she looked it up online, then called other stores and kept calling when other stores didn’t pick up.
The bad employee not the same person : I bought some clothes online, came into the store to return them, and was told I could not- no reason why, I was within the return window, the clothes were in good condition, unworn, tags attached.
Hey I just wanted to write this review because I came in at a busy time during the holidays and the store was well-kept are usually don’t like walking into these kinds of stores because hangers get crazy but this location was very clean and at the end of my shopping experience Danielle T.
Helped me find the finishing touches for my favorite outfits and made sure her customer service was above and beyond anything I expected thank you again for making this girls day!!
I have never dealt with such an incompetent employee in my life. Although I provided her with my shipping receipt within the 30 day return windowI was told that their system is not working properly and for me to find the original confirmation sent to my email.
I stepped to the side so she can help others while I searched for that email. I found it, printed it to a PDF format so it can be bigger on my phone screen and then I stood there for at least 15 minutes while she took one customer after another ignoring me or perhaps forgetting that she still hasn’t finished my return.
Finally I stepped in.

Then she proceeds to process my return and does it incorrectly, another man helps her and they debate which way would be better.
She then enters the wrong return price on one of my items and when I confront her and tell her I paid more for it she said “Yeah, I know.
But I already deleted some other items and the system won’t let me make any more corrections.

Do you just want to keep this item then? No, I am here to return it for the price that I paid for it! I then gave her a suggestion of how she can refund me the amount she owes me and it was way over her head.
Another woman stepped in and told her to do the exact same thing that I suggested. Then in the middle of my return she said that she cannot go off of the PDF version I said this is the email, printed in a PDF format so it’s bigger.
Nope, she needed the email, which looked exactly the same but much smaller print! In the end I left the store annoyed and after looking at my receipt in the car I realized that the incompetent sales woman managed to make another mistake and I was owed a few more dollars.
Their clothes are cute but that particular employee needs further training or work in another department away from the registers.
Me love how me clothes fit! I guess because my waists size is permanently between waists size and my build is slim fit, it works.
Trendy store and you can find any style clothes for what ever the occasion is. The only thing would advise is that they improve the quality of their clothes.
But if they do that, then they would have to increase cost. Any whooo I love how my clothes fit and I’ll continue to shop here! We stopped by yesterday because my husband was looking for some light gray jeans.

Holy bananas, it was a crowded store! I’m sure it was because of the holiday weekend and the sale but the lines for the fitting room was crazy as well as the cashier line.
It really seemed like they all hated their jobs. I get that it was busy but wow, it is disappointing to shop at a store where people look miserable.
My husband wanted to try on one pair of jeans and we waited for about 25min in line. I thought maybe people just had a lot of pieces to try on but when we got close to the front, I realized it was because of the girls working!

Melissa and Lori were the two sales associates working the fitting room. They were dragging their feet. I mean if I saw a line that long, I would pick up the pace and try to get people in and out.

Lori was so unfriendly. People would give her their “no’s” and she would take it without saying a word and kind of glare at them.
I was waiting for my husband to try on his pants and there was this girl that came out wanting to give her “no’s” back. Lori had her back turned and never turned around to check on customers so that girl was standing there patiently waiting for about five minutes.
I worked in retail when I was 16 so I get the holiday rush and I get the busy hours. But by no means should your attitude be written all over your face if you want happy customers.

The lines are so long and discouraging On Friday, September 14,when the store opened at 10 am, my daughter and I attempted to exchange two pairs of jeans I had purchased 2 days prior.
My daughter needed a different size. What should have been an easy transaction, turned into a humiliating experience for my daughter.

I get it, people remove tags, wear clothing and return it. It’s a common practice in the fashion industry. My daughter, who is not experienced in returning clothing, removed the tags before she fully tried the jeans on.
Upon trying to exchange the jeans, I admitted up front that she removed the tags, and I apologized.

I provided all the tags however to be re-tagged. The male employee carefully inspected each pair to see if they had been worn. Again, I stated they had not been worn and that she simply needed a different size.
He continued to inspect and asked if they had been washed and worn. Again, I said no. Now I’m getting annoyed as there was literally signs of wear and wash.

His over the top inspection was embarrassing. To add salt to the wound he then says rudely Pissed off at this point, I reminded him that she’s young, and wasn’t thinking, but will not make that mistake again.
Sh t happens. No need to treat all of your customers like thieves and scammers. And if you don’t possess the necessary people skills to work with the public, perhaps you should find work where you don’t.

I went in today looking for a specific item that was sold out online, but I didn’t see it in the color that I wanted in store.
I thought I probably wasn’t looking hard enough and to save time, it’d just be better to ask an employee. I decided to just browse around anyway and then check out with one shirt.
Some Asian chick was my cashier, but she gave off such a rude vibe, as if having to do her job was an incredible hassle.
I still asked her if she had the specific item I was looking for in stock anyway. Usually stores ask for the article number which I had prepared, but she just asked if I had a photo of the product, and I said that I didn’t.
She didn’t say anything after and just told me the total for my purchase.
