This was my first time buying shoes from them and it was cheaply made! There’s absolutely no support for the sole of the shoes.

When I received them the soles were completely detached from the shoes. After speaking to customer service they said they would replace the shoes.

When I received the new package it was not the same shoes and it was the wrong size. I spoke to customer service again and asked for a refund after shipping the shoes back.

I have an email saying that the shoes were received, however I still have not gotten my money back.
