Tried contacting the customer service by phone. So I decided to try to reach out to the customer service chat on facebook. This was no help either.

They claim not to be able to even find my account at all, let alone the order.

Most the times there customer service has been fine, but most recently when visiting a store two members of staff were laughing at me and acting very rude.

I emailed them a week ago asking them where is my package. They respond back pretty fast and told me that they will be in contact with the carrier, I just need to wait 48 hours for them to respond back to me.
